Para habilitar essa função ao consumidor inserir a NFD junto da XML basta seguir o passo a passo abaixo, mas antes entre em contato com o nosso time pelo chat ou e-mail: [**suporte@after.sale**](mailto:suporte@after.sale), para habilitamos as opções necessárias para a ativação da funcionalidade: Acesse as **Configurações \> Customização \> Páginas \> Anexar NFD (Nota Fiscal de Devolução)**: ![Screenshot\_1-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-3621-PM](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_1-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-3621-PM.png?width=688&height=347&name=Screenshot_1-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-3621-PM.png) ![Screenshot\_2-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-1865-PM](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_2-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-1865-PM.png?width=630&height=692&name=Screenshot_2-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-1865-PM.png) E após isso habilitar a solicitação do envio da XML: ![Screenshot\_8-1](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_8-1.png?width=617&height=366&name=Screenshot_8-1.png)   **Habilitando o anexo da NFD e o XML**, quando o consumidor realiza a abertura da reversa e o e-commerce aprovar mediante a emissão de NFD, é enviado um e-mail ao consumidor solicitando o envio dos arquivos: ![Screenshot\_3-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-2406-PM](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_3-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-2406-PM.png?width=649&height=720&name=Screenshot_3-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-2406-PM.png) E o consumidor clicando no link enviado no email, irá ser redirecionado a uma página para realizar o upload do **PDF** da **NFD** e o  **XML**:. ![Screenshot\_4-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-2929-PM](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_4-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-2929-PM.png?width=688&height=487&name=Screenshot_4-Mar-08-2024-07-10-44-2929-PM.png) Após os arquivos serem anexados a reversa ficará com o status “**Aguardando conferência fiscal”**, onde é possível inserir o **número da NFD** e visualizar os arquivos anexados pelo cliente e após realizado a conferência é só **Aprovar NFD**: ![Screenshot\_9-1](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_9-1.png?width=688&height=429&name=Screenshot_9-1.png) Aprovando a NDF irá pedir para selecionar os produtos que estão inclusos na nota e **salvar seleção**: ![Screenshot\_6-2](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_6-2.png?width=478&height=502&name=Screenshot_6-2.png)   Feito isso, tanto a NFD quanto o XML ficarão anexados nos produtos na reversa para poderem ser visualizados e a reversa irá avançar para **Aguardando Envio** e gerando o código de postagem ao consumidor. ![Screenshot\_7-2](https://atendimento.tgroup.com.br/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_7-2.png?width=688&height=425&name=Screenshot_7-2.png) Artigos relacionados: -
