# Minha senha de acesso esta inválida, como devo proceder?

Se você tentou se logar e a senha deu como inválida, provavelmente seu usuário está inativo ou a sua senha foi alterada, confira abaixo como você pode resolver o problema.

**Como redefinir a senha:**

**1-**  Acesse o admin do troque fácil clicando aqui:  [https://admin.aftersale.com.br/](https://admin.troquefacil.com.br/)

**2-**  Clique em  **"Esqueceu sua senha?"**

**3-**  Digite seu e-mail e clique em  **"Redefinir"** .

**4-**  Você recebera um e-mail para  **cadastrar a nova senha** !
